• WhatsApp / mobile number - used only to deliver the competitor alerts you have subscribed to. We do not use it for marketing calls or SMS, and we do not share it with third parties.
• Payment information - processed securely by our payment partners (Razorpay and PayPal). We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details on our servers.
• Competitor store URLs you choose to track.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our competitor intelligence services.
• To send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and tracking reports.
• To process transactions and send related information.

3. Data Security

We implement strict security measures to protect your personal data. Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form, and all traffic to databitcent.com is served over HTTPS. The competitor URLs you track are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties or with the competitors themselves.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request a copy of your data, correction of any detail, or full deletion of your account at any time by writing to us. Once deleted, your tracking history and personal details are permanently removed.

We rely on trusted service providers to run Databitcent: Razorpay and PayPal for payments, and messaging providers to deliver your email and WhatsApp alerts. These providers process only the minimum data required to deliver the service.
