Welcome to Databitcent. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Databitcent provides B2B SaaS tools that monitor publicly available data on e-commerce websites (such as Shopify stores). We do not hack, bypass security, or access private backends of any monitored store.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful competitor analysis. You may not use our service to launch DDoS attacks, scrape personal identifiable information (PII) of consumers, or conduct any illegal activities.

3. Payments and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

4. Limitation of Liability

Databitcent provides data "as is". We are not responsible for business losses resulting from pricing decisions or inventory changes made based on the alerts provided by our platform.
